The Green family was amazing to shoot. Janice was full of laughter cracking jokes the whole time as well as giving me a hard time in good fun. It was amazing to see the love that ran throughout the group, all the way from Janice’s daughter to her mom. It was amazing to combine beautiful light from the window with the beautiful smiles that came from everyone.

Family Comes First – The Moreno Sahagun Family

Aaron and the rest of the Moreno Sahagun Family are so full or life, laughter and love. I am very thankful to have met Aaron and have him willing to be photographed along with his family. The Sahaguns are originally from Mexico so there was the added mix of hearing cheerful chatter in a foreign language. Even though I didn’t always now what was being said I could feel the love that they all shared. I am so honored to have started the Family Comes First with such an amazing family, who so openly invited me into their lives.

From my discussion with Aaron he was able to leave a great impact on me. With the following words something I have been trying to start and finish my day by.

“I wake up with a smile, and regardless of the day I go to bed with a smile.”
